In the Administration Portal, you can view and define the maximum number of artifacts and artifact children you can import into Blueprint simultaneously using the Excel Import feature.
To view and define your Excel Import and Export settings:
In the Administration Portal, click Advanced Settings and then select Instance Settings in the side panel.For information on how to access the Admin Portal, see the About the Administration Portal article.
In the Import & Export section:
Define the maximum number of artifacts that you can create in a single operation with the Excel Import feature in the Max Import Artifact Limit field. It is set to 1,000 by default. The maximum number that can be defined in this field is 10,000.
Define the maximum number of direct child artifacts under one artifact you can create in a single operation with the Excel Import feature in the Excel Import Children Limit field. It is set to 300 by default. The maximum number that can be defined in this field is 1,000.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to save and activate your changes.
To see and experience any changes made to Instance Settings, Blueprint users have to refresh their browsers.
