Download User Logs
As a Blueprint administrator, you can download logs in cases where you want to diagnose technical issues or communicate relevant information with Blueprint Support.
To download user logs:
- In the Administration Portal, click Advanced Settings under Instance and then select License & Activity Reporting in the side panel.For information on how to access the Admin Portal, see the About the Administration Portal article.
- Click Download Logs in the Logging section.
- A .zip file is downloaded locally.
