Define Move and Copy Settings

In the Administration Portal, you can view and define the maximum number of artifacts that can be moved at once in the Explorer using drag and drop, and the maximum number of artifacts that can be copied at the same time in Blueprint.

To view and define your Move and Copy settings:

  1. In the Administration Portal, click Advanced Settings and then select Instance Settings in the side panel.
    For information on how to access the Admin Portal, see the About the Administration Portal article.
  2. In the Move & Copy section:
    1. Define the maximum number of artifacts that can be moved simultaneously with drag and drop in the Move Artifact Limit field.
      It is set to 500 by default. The maximum number of artifacts that can be moved at the same time using drag and drop has a limit of 2,000 artifacts.
    2. Define the maximum number of artifacts that can be copied at the same time in the Copy Artifact Limit field.
      It is set to 100 by default. The maximum number that can be defined in this field is 1,000.
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save and activate your changes.
    To see and experience any changes made to Instance Settings, Blueprint users have to refresh their browsers.
