Download User Story Work Items
There are two types of items attached to a user story artifact:
- Images (if any have been added to system responses)
- A .feature file, which is a Gherkin-based description of a user story.
When you generate a user story and create downloadable work items, you can synchronize these files with task-management tools.
Images support acceptance criteria definition for development and testing, and the .feature file can be consumed by test-automation frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow. These work items are accessed from the user story artifact.
To download user story work items:
- Access the user story artifact and open the Utility Panel.
- Click the Files tab.
- Click the Attachments tab, locate the [taskName].feature file, and click its download icon (
