Define Rich Text Settings

In the Administration Portal, you can view and define the maximum image dimensions and image file sizes that can be uploaded in rich text fields in Blueprint.

To view and define your Rich Text settings:

  1. In the Administration Portal, click Advanced Settings and then select Instance Settings in the side panel.
    For information on how to access the Admin Portal, see the About the Administration Portal article.
  2. In the Rich Text section:
    1. Define the maximum image dimension (in px) that can be uploaded in a rich text field in the Max Image Dimension field.
      If an image with a larger width or height than the defined maximum is uploaded, the image will be scaled to fit according to the defined Max Image Dimension field.
      This field is set to 400 px by default. The maximum image dimension that can be defined in this field is 4,000 px.
    2. Define the maximum image file size (in MB) that can be uploaded in the Max Image File Size field.
      It set to 10 MB by default. The maximum file size that can be defined in this field is 1,024 MB.
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save and activate your changes.
    To see and experience any changes made to Instance Settings, Blueprint users have to refresh their browsers.
