Model a Process

You can model a Process in the Process Editor by adding tasks, choices, and conditions.

Tasks act as steps in your Process.

System tasks act as system responses or states that correspond to user tasks.

Choices model user decisions.

Conditions model system decisions, which are responses based on factors outside the scope of user actions.

Click the appropriate circular or diamond add icon ( or ) to add tasks, choices, or conditions to the Process. What you can add depends on where in the modeled Process you click. This ensures that the user stories eventually generated from the Process are valid, and flow logically.
