Export Artifacts to Word or PDF

You can export a single or multiple artifacts to both Word or PDF.

Export a Single Artifact

To export a single artifact to Word or PDF:

  1. Select the artifact you want to export in the Explorer.
  2. Click the More menu in the artifact toolbar and select Export Artifact to Word or Export Artifact to PDF.

Export Multiple Artifacts

To export multiple artifacts to Word or PDF:

  1. In Descendants View, select the checkbox for all the artifacts you want to export.
  2. Click the Actions button and select Export to Word or Export to PDF.
