When you delete Standard Properties in the Administration Portal, all associated data in the properties in live artifacts across your instance will also be deleted.
To delete Standard Properties in the Administration Portal, users must have the "View Standard Properties and Standard Artifact Types" privilege in their Instance Administration role. For more information on Instance Administrator Roles, see the Manage Instance Administration Roles article.
To delete multiple Standard Properties simultaneously:
Deleting Standard Properties will result in any data associated with the properties being permanently deleted.
In the Administration Portal, under Instance, click Artifact Management and select Standard Properties.For information on how to access the Admin Portal, see the About the Administration Portal article.
In the Standard Property's page, select the checkboxes for the Standard Properties you want to delete. You can search for a property by name using the search bar in the upper right corner. You can also sort the list by clicking a column header to display each column in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order.
