Delete an Instance Administrator Role

To delete an Instance Administrator Role:

  1. In the Administration Portal, click User Management and then select Instance Administrator Roles in the side panel.
    For information on how to access the Admin Portal, see the About the Administration Portal article.
  2. In the Instance Administrator Roles page displayed, click the role you want to delete.
  3. Review the information displayed and ensure it is the role you want to delete.
    Once deleted, any user assigned to that role will no longer be able to access the Admin Portal. Consider assigning these users to another Instance Administrator Role before deletion.
    Click Delete.
  4. Click OK in the confirmation modal to proceed.
