Add New Role Assignments

To add new role assignments to a Storyteller project:

  1. Click Projects in the Storyteller Administration Portal.
    For information on how to access the Admin Portal, see the About the Administration Portal article.
  2. In the Manage Projects page displayed, locate and select the project you want to add a new role assignment to.
  3. Expand the project's Manage Access tab.
  4. Click Add Assignment.
  5. In the New Project Role Assignment panel displayed:
    1. Select the Group you want to assign the role to by selecting the Group's corresponding radio button.
      You can also search for the Group of interest using the search bar.
      Only Groups with valid permissions are displayed.

    2. Select the role you want to assign to the group from the Role dropdown.
    3. Click OK.
