Edit Role Assignments

To edit project role assignments in Storyteller:

  1. Click Projects in the Storyteller Administration Portal.
    For information on how to access the Admin Portal, see the About the Administration Portal article.
  2. In the Manage Projects page displayed, locate and select the project you want to edit role assignments for.
  3. Expand the project's Manage Access tab.
  4. Click the Group you want to edit role assignments for.
  5. In the Edit Role Assignment panel displayed:
    1. Select the Group you want to edit role assignments for by selecting the Group's corresponding radio button.
      You can also search for the Group of interest using the search bar.
      Only Groups with valid permissions are displayed.

    2. Select the new role that you want to assign to the group from the Role dropdown.
    3. Click OK.
